Randy’s Life Journey
Randy has built a distinguished career in economic development, public service, and advocacy while also earning a Christian life coaching certification to help individuals achieve their purpose, set goals, and find fulfillment. His leadership roles have included serving as president of a regional economic development organization, executive director of a Missouri River coalition for 15 years, and as both a county commissioner and Missouri state representative. Throughout his public service, he has received multiple honors and dedicated his time to various ministries and organizations.
Randy’s life took a transformative turn on June 13, 1993, at the age of 34, when he encountered God after years of personal struggles and searching for meaning. Realizing his need for grace, he repented of his sins and placed his trust in Jesus Christ. This faith brought him redemption, purpose, and hope, reshaping his perspective and giving him strength through life’s challenges. No longer carrying burdens alone, he learned to rely on Christ’s guidance.
His compassion for the hurting has been shaped by both personal experiences and years of ministry, where he has walked alongside individuals facing deep wounds, addictions, and hopelessness. Now, he shares his story and faith with others, offering encouragement through coaching and ministry.
Randy and his wife, Connie, cherish their 40-plus-year marriage, their four children, and their growing family. His mission is to help others find clarity, direction, purpose, and fulfillment—knowing that the same grace that transformed his life is available to anyone who seeks it.
