As a certified Christian life coach, Randy partners with clients to help them achieve their purpose and goals. He creates a safe and confidential space for personal growth and exploration. His heart is especially bent toward those struggling in addictions and/or having faced difficult life trials.

Randy helps clients deepen their understanding of the Gospel of Grace and embrace their identity in Christ. He is passionate about guiding others in distinguishing between Old Covenant teachings and the freedom found in the New Covenant. His approach emphasizes the abundant life, victory, and freedom believers can experience through Christ’s grace and promises.
The Coaching Journey
Randy empowers clients to unlock their potential and live with purpose, grounded in grace and truth. His coaching focuses on five key concepts:
Identity: Embracing your life as a new creation in Christ, recognizing that you are fully accepted, loved, and complete in Him. Your identity is rooted in being a child of God, with a new heart and spirit, designed to express His love and grace (2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20; Colossians 2:10).
Clarity: Understanding who you are, what you want, and what truly matters is illuminated by the truth of God’s Word, which renews your mind and reveals your true identity and desires in Christ (Romans 12:2; Ephesians 1:17-18).
Purpose: Discovering the deeper “why” that fuels motivation and meaning is found in knowing that you are created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared in advance for you to do (Ephesians 2:10; Philippians 2:13).
Direction: Setting goals and taking intentional steps toward a fulfilling future is guided by the Spirit, who leads you into all truth and empowers you to walk in the good works God has set before you (John 16:13; Proverbs 3:5-6).
Fulfillment: Living in alignment with purpose and values, experiencing deep satisfaction, comes from abiding in Christ and allowing His life to flow through you, producing the fruit of the Spirit and bringing glory to God (John 15:5; Galatians 5:22-23).
By integrating these elements, clients gain clarity, find direction, and live with purpose—ultimately achieving a fulfilling, well-aligned life.
